I love the challenge to design Quilts for Individuals, Organizations, & Public Places... The owner of this piece is a crop chaser. (Flying Saucers).  He asked me to design a small wall hanging with the idea in mind that the 3 Wisemen followed a flying saucer instead of a star.  He was thrilled with the resuts.

This was designed for a private collection.  They were moving into a new home and wanted an underwater scene above the fire place...they loved it.  I wish you could see the details..

I designed this for the Assembly of God Headquarters in Greece.  It was  designed around Lydia in the Bible.

This was designed for my granddaughter Grace Rose.  It was her 3rd Birthday party and all the photos were double exposed, so I decided to make a quilt out of the mishap.  Here she is dancing in her Cinderella dress with all the characters in the story ,done in Thread Painting, in each of the circles.

This wall hanging was designed for a client using silk dupioni in the borders.  She uses it for a table runner and loves it..

Designed for a specific wall space with specifics towards the size.  They love it!!!

This is a series designed for Women's International Aglo for the Sacramento Convention Center.  They wanted 7 quilts designed around Northern California Landscape.  I had 3 months to design and complete the series...I MADE IT!! with about 1 hour to spare...

This was the main quilt that hung in entry.  It shows the Valley, the Altamont pass, Trees indicitave to this area, Lake Tahoe, Apple Hill Napa Valley and the Vein of Gold running through California.  It was the largest of the seven..

 This is a night scene of the San Francisco skyline and bridge...

The Gold Minor was part of the California Heritage they wanted as part of the California Landacape..

This is Lake Tahoe, it is all raw edge appliqued with touches of Thread Painting throughout.

 Nappa valley, Apple Hill, pieced and hand embellished, with touches of raw edge applique and Thread Painting.

 China town was one of my favorites,  It had hidden meanings.. A method that was acheived with Thread Painting..

 Monteray... All done in raw edge piecing..this one was my last and it took me only 1 1/2 days.  I was really jamming..
